LIFE DESIGN
The Life Design Coaching course was beneficial to me in a variety of ways. It made me aware that we need to take time for ourselves, for reflection on our accomplishments as well as our personal areas that still need work. It also gave me a better understanding/compassion for others that may be ‘stuck’ or dealing with things that I haven't had to deal with. We are all a work in progress and it was a fun way to evaluate where I am and where I’d like to be.
Working with Lisa has taught me to calm my thoughts, connect with others, and feel uninhibited to express myself. You focus on what makes you truly happy. Since her workshop, I have made new friends and planted thoughts in my path that with patience I am continuously witnessing their fruition.
